Ak Bars Kazan players swapped the awards ceremony catching six individual trophies and other two for club merits. In the inaugural season’s KHL Night the league’s board delivered more than twenty awards and the most rewarded player has been Danis Zaripov, who got into the All-Star team, was recognized as regular season’s MVP and won the Iron Man Award. Differently from the last few seasons Aleksey Morozov was left off statistical awards, but he did clinch the playoffs MVP honors. Georgi Gelashvili of Lokomotiv Yaroslav has been recognized as season’s top goalie, while Ilya Proskuryakov got the Aleksei Cherepanov award for the best rookie.
