coach Artiom Korotin about Continental Cup:
"It has already been decided that the team will participate in the Cup and It is important . With the help and assistance of the Federation (IHFI), organizational issues have been resolved and, at the moment, the main issue is the team roster. For various reasons, some players from the main roster will not be able to participate in the Cup. Among them are: Lebedev, Margulis, Cherniak, Maklakov,Kolomyza, Meerzon. The goalkeeper - Alexander Loginov cannot participate as well. Therefore, we decided to encourage young players to complete the team. Initially, the list of candidates were: Braunstein, Nosankov, Trebuchan, Yumashev, Karasin, Jacobi, Kaminsky, Yeshurun, Kornfield, Krushinsky and Skladman. Some of the candidates have not given their agreement to participate, as are overseas. For example, Jan Yumashev is in Russia, Gabriel Karasin means to be in Canada and Nir Braunstein is in UK. Eden Nemenov will be the second goalkeeper. In the near future the roster will be approved. Due to all above reasons "Ice Time "will start at the Continental Cup with the young reinforcement. For young people it is primarily an opportunity to participate in prestigious international competitions and gain experience of international games.
