With no disrespect to France, but after what we have made it through so far, it just would be an EPIC FAIL sort of way to lose that spot on Tuesday...

What an entertaining match between France and Belarus..France keeps their quarter-final hopes alive. So many great chances at both ends and both Huet and Koval played such a great match, neither goal against them was their faults, just nice goals. Feel bad for Belarus though, this match should of went to overtime since it looked like Belarus had a goal not counted in the first period. As well, it looks like Koval tournament is over with a pulled groin, he didnt look good being helped off, luckily for Belarus, they only have one match to hope Milchakov dosnt get injured.

With their 0-4 loss to Russia, Italy is relegated for 2013

France has really impressed the past 2 games......great to see that they refused to quit after the first several games of the tournament where they lost badly.

...or he must love us : if there were this "second goal" of Belarus, i think the french players should have lot of difficulties to come back, because they had lot of difficulties to have scoring chances. For the second french goal, i must admit that i thought it never happened before the end of the third period.
I feel my team lucky during the two last games.

there was a small debate between French fans because some felt that we should not choose our matches to progress (Some are unhappy to see the bad scores against USA, Canada and Finland), others thought they should only play games where we had a chance to win (especially for Kazakhstan and Belarus, or maybe Swiss and Slovakia), and the latest results confirmed their opinion : Swiss played well all the games against the "top countries" but they lose, and France lost too, but in playing the half of the games.
Seven games in ten days is a lot for our little "Bleus".
