Damn Tukums is all over Pārdaugava, took them just five minutes to chase Rozentāls and a little over a minute later they put one past Lūsis.

I know I havent been able to see a lot of Tukums matches, but in the times I have seen them, Yoshihiro has looked pretty good. Would love to see him get a chance with somebody in Virslīga (unless Tukums moves up.)

That was one of the most impressive performances, Tukums just destroyed Pārdaugava in every area of the game. Make it even better, they used each other so well, not something you see very much, if at all from kids.

Despite how impressive Tukums was, felt somewhat bad for Rozentāls and Lūsis, they were left out to dry numerous times by Tukums finding the extra pass to create a better scoring chance.

See if Pārdaugava has anything in them for tomorrow to atleast get a win in their final match to make themselves feel a little better but its pretty damn safe to assume the Bronze is going to Tukums, no way they blow a 9 goal advantage.

Congrats on Tukums picking a trophy in the first ever 1.Līga season. Should of saved one of those 23 goals for that powerplay chance they had against Liepāja but unlucky for them and a wonderful series from them.

Liepāja gets to add to their trophy case, one season in and they already have a Bronze and a Gold between their two clubs.

I really like this 1.Līga and I would hope to see more clubs join up, especially if the clubs ultimate goal is to move into the Virslīga. The matches I was able to watch the quality of play is there for the most part but you always have to weight in that these rosters are still just filled with kids. See if we lose anybody who does make the jump up, Tukums is the most likely.
