I am curious to see how Dominic Canic (2000.) will do at this tournament. He is playing in Sweden and has very good number, he even played for J18 team few games as underager.

Last year croatian goalie won best goalie award, don't be suprised if this happens again :)

Yes, I noticed this too. Seems like the laggy feed has been consistent for most if not all games. Unfortunately because it's free it probably won't be fixed :-/

There were some problems with the technology, apparently the music they were playing during the breaks was interfering with the stream and impacted its quality. That's why starting today they stopped the music It feels very odd at the icerink without music during game breaks... Apart of that, I think the organisation was pretty ok, but they could have advertised the event more, to get more people to the games. Max attendance was at Rom-Pol, only 7-800.

I am surprised how badly Netherlands played in Brasov. A country with so many rinks, so many players so many leagues got itself relegated without a single point. It seems that system with no junior league between seniors and U17 doesn't work at all.

We have 16 icedrinks but we must share with lot of other skaters so not so much training on the ice. We have a lot of old players but icehockey is with the youth not populiar.

Conratulation to Croatia who stay in this division.

    Greetings,
    Rowan

I understand you completley. How to take more ice from speed skaters when they (according to wikipedia) hold 4 of 7 world records and 5 of 8 olympic records in mans category + 3 world and olympics records in womans category

Congratilations to neighbours too. It was very close race this year

How should I put it. The decisive goal was scored by Stubičar who, this season, played grand total od six matches in Croatian junior championship and four matches in EBYSL as fourth liner. Croatia has two working rinks shared by hockey, figure skating, synchronised skating, short track and general public. Hockey is, regardless of KHL, well behind football, handball, basketball, waterpollo and volleyball in popularity among the children.

Speed skating is a litteraly on a different ballpark alltogether, they don't tend to use any ice on the hockey rinks, usually they arent even allowed on with their crazy skates

Problem with Dutch hockey is mismanagement of funds, talent, people, ice, etc ... sole purpose of everything was to sustain a league that was too smapp and in its core broken and everything suffered because of it.

Harsh but that's how I see it, now that it's dead ad every national team relegated it should give some time to think about how we want to proceed fixing this mess

The pressure is off the pot as we say.
