China Dragon has folded, reducing the number of teams in the league to eight. The China Dragon players are expected to be included in the new Kunlun Red Star Heilongjiang which will play out of Harbin in the Russian VHL.

It's not like the league is losing much, in all honesty. Always a shame to see a league contract though.
