Few changes to the Danish roster compared to the team that played Norway, France and Latvia in December 2017, but two of the new players will be interesting to follow: They are both U15 players, and it doesn't happen often that an underage is used on the U16 national team. In fact last time it happened was 6 years ago. The players are the hugely talented (in a Danish context) Marcus Almquist who is currently playing for Swedish youth team Malmö and Philip Nolsøe, AaB. Marcus Almquist seems to be the most promising youth player to come out of Denmark since Nikolaj Ehlers. Philip Nolsøe from Aalborg has been a beast in both the Danish U15 and U17 league this season and was elected best forward at the Danish U15 championship a couple of weeks ago.
Even though the Danish team had trouble in the last tournament, it is actually pretty good. They just need to get rid of the awful amount of personal mistakes that were made last time.

A great tournament for Marcus Almquist, Denmark (U15 player).
He got 5 goals and 1 assist for 6 points in total, and ended up with +7 and 24 shots on goal. That made him Danish top scorer in goals and he had most shots on goal of all. He did benefit of playing on a really good second line though. For a comparison; the other Danish U15 player who participated (Philip Nolsøe) didn't make a single point.
