    Women's Euro Hockey Tour 2018/19

The Women's EHT is expanding from 4 to 6 teams with Switzerland and Czech Republic joining Finland, Sweden, Russia and Germany. Each team will play 2 out of 3 tournaments between August and December. The overall ranking will then determine seedings for a final tournament in February played with all 6 teams. The two exempt teams during the first three international breaks play either a three-game series between each other or another tournament such as the 4 Nations Cup. This new format is planned to last until the 2023/24 season.

    1st International break, 23-25 August 2018:

4 Nation Tournament in Hodonin, Czech Republic: Czech Republic, Finland, Russia, Sweden.

3 Game series* in Germany: Germany, Switzerland (not counting toward overall ranking)

    2nd International break, 7-11 November 2018:

International Chablais Hockey Trophy in Monthey, Switzerland: Czech Republic, Germany, Russia, Switzerland.

4 Nations Cup in Saskatoon, Canada: Canada, Finland, Sweden, USA (not counting toward overall ranking)

    3rd International break, 13-15 December 2018:

4 Nation Tournament in Vierumäki, Finland: Finland, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland.

3 Game series* in Czech Republic: Czech Republic, Russia (not counting toward overall ranking)

    4th International break, 7-10 February 2019:

6 Nation Tournament in Dmitrov, Russia: Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland

*The Swiss NA website lists a 3 Nation Tournament on 4-7 October instead of this series. (https://www.sihf.ch/de/national-team...national-team/)

The Czech NA website states the series is replaced by a 4 Nation tournament in Norway while the French NA website mentions a tournament in Pribam, CZE with Czech Republic, Norway and Russia.
