Austria EIHC Tournament Austria "Österreich Cup"

So the "Österreich Cup" in Klagenfurt ends with 3 teams tied at 6 points and Denmark taking the trophy on better goal difference (+1) ahead of Austria (0) and Norway (-1). France loses all three games ending up 4th. Bit of a controversy in the tournament as the DEN-NOR game had to be stopped after 2 periods because of a hole in the ice that couldn't be fixed (and that in Austria's self proclaimed hockey capital - but ok the rink is 50+yrs old). after lengthy discussions the result of 3-4 to Norway was confirmed.

The Austrian team with as usual plenty of youngsters/development players showed a good performance, speed and intensity where up to level with everyone (or even better). Finishing off was however left almost exclusively to the experienced players from the Red Bull Salzburg line (Thomas Raffl, Dominique Heinrich).
