I needed those PDFs as well. I found out that on wikipedia there are links to the reports of the games (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2019_W...%93_Division_I). I simply checked the web address of PDF documents and cut it to: http://reports.iihf.hockey . You can find the result of it in my post:)

The Germans were close to lose the game against Austria but after that they solidly won every other game. Well deserved gold medal. I'm surprised by the weak showing of the Latvians, who just narrowly evaded relegation with that last game win against Belarus (who were already set on silver). So it's the French who have to go down and will be replaced by Slovenia in division IA next year.

From an Austrian perspective I guess one has to be satisfied that the team managed to stay up. Crucal win against France, a very decent game against Germany, a level performance with Norway but also two defeats without any chance against BLR and LAT. As usual the impression on watching the games is that the Austrian boys are really boys - who happen to play against teams with plenty of men already. No idea why our juniors are so smallish.
And as we speak of watching the gaames, very cool service that all of them were streamed but the commentator was just completely crazy...don't know what substance that guy was using but hands off that stuff.
