    Australian Ice Hockey League: 2019

The 2019 Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) season starts this weekend. No changes in teams, season format or game length (still stuck on the terrible 50 minutes). Each team plays 28 regular season games, two home and two away against each other team. The top four teams advance to the Goodall Cup players which is a single game elimination format. Semifinals of 1v4 and 2v3 are followed by the grand final.
