The final day of the competition sees Norway beat Austria to claim promotion. The top seed Austria finishes second losing out only on tie-breaker and China comes in third. China last year finished in fifth so a decent improvement. Great Britain finishes last and is relegated to Division II Group A (they finished third in 2019).

    - Austria 1-2 Norway
    - China 4-2 South Korea
    - Great Britain 1-5 Poland

    Standings
    1. Norway - 11pts - promoted to Division I Group A
    2. Austria - 11pts
    3. China - 10pts
    4. South Korea - 5pts
    5. Poland - 4pts
    6. Great Britain - 4pts - relegated to Division II Group A
