So for the final round which starts today we have teams from Great Britain, Belarus, Denmark and Poland. Great Britain, Belarus and Poland all featured in last years tournament while a team from Denmark features for the first time since the 2016-17 edition. Kazakhstan misses out on the final round for the first time since 2015-16. In terms of the teams who are playing Nottingham Panthers last played in the 2016-17 final round, Neman Grodno last played in the 2014-15 super final, SonderjyskE Vojens in 2010-11, and Cracovia Krakow make their first appearance in the final round (from what I can see).

The final day of the final round saw SonderjyskE Vojens win the 2019–20 IIHF Continental Cup, the first time a team from Denmark has done so. Nottingham Panthers finished second due to the tie-breaker rules and Neman Grodno finished third. SonderjyskE Vojens should now qualify for the 2020–21 Champions Hockey League.
