    Thank you very much for the information! I truly appreciate it. :) Is Sivek still a part of Sparta Praha?

    Sivek has ended his career because of injury problems. Now is he working as scout observer in HC Sparta Prague.

    Not to open a new thread:

    Anybody knows what Milan Chalupa is doing recently?

    As far as I know his last coaching job was during 2005/06, HC Dukla Jihlava.

    Thanx

    Thanx a lot.

    Two more questions:

    1. Do you actually know when František Černík has been manager of the czech national team ?
    2. František Kaberle senior works as a coach since retiring - where and when?

    Georg

    PS: I really love your archive of czech hockey

    Thanks to Michal from http://www.hokej.hansal.cz I found, that František Černík was team leader or manager between 1992 und 2002 for the national team.

    * Olympics 1992, 1994, 1998, 2002
    * 8 World Championships, esp. 1999-2001

    Yep, the entries I found stopped in December 2005. Slovan participated in the European Champions Cup in January 2006, and here Myros Krajci was their head coach. So I guess he was sacked in December 2005. He then became a tv commentator before returning to Dukla in 2008.
