    South Africa Jofa Equipment Question

    Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could help me out here, I have a pair of Jofa 6090 Shin pads and have been playing with them for a long time now the time has come to get some new pads.

Question is what shin pads on the market today offer the same level of protection in the knee area and particularly around the back of the calf?

    Any help would be appreciated.

Im a guy who blocks allot of shots. I use the Reebok/jofa ASD's . They are the closest thing to the original Jofa's and are actually created by Jofa engineers. they are very light and good mobility in the knee and have a good calf protector. In my case I cut the calf protectors out of my shin pads usually to lighten them even more. here is a link
